Billing & cancellation

How billing works

A verified payment card is required before any line, number, or service is provisioned.
There is no free tier or free trial on either offering, because Bonvitel incurs carrier costs as soon as a line is activated or a message or call is sent.
Service is billed as used: a base subscription or platform fee plus metered usage.
Applicable USF contributions, E911 fees, and state and local taxes are itemized and passed through at cost.
Larger accounts (over 50 users, or Volume and Enterprise on the agent platform) may be invoiced, subject to credit review and a signed order form.

There is no minimum contract term. You can cancel at any time.
eSIM discard fee (business platform only): $10 per active eSIM line at cancellation, covering carrier provisioning cost already incurred.
Early-termination fee (both offerings): $15 if you cancel within 30 days of signup. It does not apply after the first 30 days.
