Bonvitel Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: the date Bonvitel begins providing service · Last updated: November 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Bonvitel's Service, both Offering A and Offering B, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is grounds for immediate suspension of your account, without prior notice.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Place robocalls or send bulk messages that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, or any applicable state telemarketing or anti-spam law.
  • Send unregistered political or advocacy content, or campaign content that has not completed our elevated verification for political/advocacy use cases.
  • Impersonate a real person, public official, or government agency, including through synthetic or cloned voice content.
  • Spread election-suppression or voting-disinformation content.
  • Engage in phishing, smishing, vishing, or other fraud conducted over voice or messaging channels.
  • Commit or attempt toll fraud, including routing traffic to premium-rate or high-risk international destinations without authorization.
  • Send messages to any number that has opted out (replied STOP or an equivalent keyword) and has not since opted back in.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any person.
  • Transmit malware, or use the Service to attack or gain unauthorized access to any system.
  • Violate any applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.
  • Resell or provide the Service to any party on a U.S. or international sanctions list.
  • Attempt to circumvent Bonvitel's identity verification, spend limits, or content screening controls.

2. AI Agent Use (Offering A and B)

If you deploy an AI agent (including Bonvitel's AI receptionist or an agent built on Offering B's infrastructure), you agree that it will not:

  • Quote pricing, terms, or commitments your business has not authorized.
  • Provide medical or legal advice.
  • Act outside the scope of authority you configure for it.
  • Be used to generate or send content otherwise prohibited by this AUP.

Bonvitel's platform includes automated guardrails against these behaviors, but you remain responsible for your agent's configuration and conduct.

3. Spend and Volume Controls (Offering B)

Offering B accounts are subject to automatic, rules-based limits on messages, voice minutes, dollar spend, and concurrent calls, and on the rate of messages sent to never-before-contacted numbers. Attempting to structure traffic to evade these controls is a violation of this AUP. Limits may be raised through verified spend history or a step-up identity check — never through a sales conversation or support request alone.

4. Reporting Abuse

To report suspected abuse of the Service, contact abuse@bonvitel.com. We respond to formal traceback requests from the USTelecom Industry Traceback Group within 24 hours, including suspending the source credential or account pending investigation.

5. Enforcement

Bonvitel may, in its discretion and without prior notice:

  • Suspend or terminate any account violating this AUP.
  • Withhold or reverse payouts related to fraudulent activity.
  • Report unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulators.

Suspension for a genuine false positive is eligible for expedited review, typically resolved in minutes rather than days, so that a mistaken hold does not become an extended outage.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
